We offer by-the-bed leases, meaning you are not responsible for your roommates’ rent, just your own.

How close are you to the closest bus route?

There is a bus stop within 100 feet of the front doors.

How close are you to campus?

We are across the street from the MU campus.

How far is the closest grocery store?

We have one within walking distance.

Do you offer a roommate matching service?

We do arrange roommates. Talk to a staff member if you’d like help with this!

Can I sign my lease online?

Yes, once you create your application, and you’re approved, you’ll have the ability to sign your lease online. You do not need to sign in person.
