If you have a faucet
that drips then you've come to the right place. Below is
a form that a tenant of University Place Apartments can fill
out to easily submit a maintenance request to our staff.
Please fill this form out in its entirety and click
"Submit" Please verify that all
information that you are submitting is correct including, most
importantly, the apartment number and nature of the problem.
Useful Information
If you used the washers or dryers on our
facility and they took your change, don't fret. If you
would like to receive a refund for your lost money then

of the problem, the amount lost, the address of UPlace,
