Our leasing process is very easy to understand. Even if it’s your first time leasing an apartment, you’ll find the process quick and easy!
Step 1. CHECK OUT OUR RATES & LEASE OPTIONS – click here for options and rates (opens a new window)
All the rates on the Lease Rate Schedule are “All-Inclusive”…which means the rate you see includes all utilities (including central air!), furniture, cable TV and high-speed internet. These costs can easily add over a hundred dollars to the listed rent at other apartment complexes.
Step 2. COMPLETE YOUR LEASE APPLICATION– click here for lease application (opens a new window)
Please fill in all blank spaces on the application as this will help us process the application as quickly as possible. Click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form when completed. We will reply via email usually within 24 to 48 hours. Please wait until your hear back from us before moving to Step 3…we’ll hurry!
Step 3. COMPLETE YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT –
Our email reply to your online application will have detailed instructions on how to complete your lease agreement. Basically you’ll need to fill in the blank spaces on the Lease Agreement based on your requested lease dates and the monthly rental amounts from the Lease Rate Schedule. The signature box must be completed for the lease to be processed. You are welcome to call us (573-443-3798) and we can walk through the lease with you.
Step 4. PAY YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT –
In order to reserve your space we require payment of a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. Most people find it easiest to use our online payment system to make this payment. You can also either mail a check or call us with a credit card number to make this payment. There is a 5% convenience fee for credit card payments. Please note that payments made via the online payment service that are subsequently reversed due to insufficient funds or incorrect account information will be subject to a $35 NSF fee.
We will send a confirmation email to you letting you know we have received the signed Lease Agreement and security deposit payment. That email is your confirmed reservation!
